• Wedding/anniversary campaign – ditch the gift registry and help a family in need

• Golf tournaments – maybe it’s one you’re already putting on
• Run a social media campaign – ask your friends to give
• Spare change campaign
• Sponsor a stud

Donate Your Vacant Lot or Acreage

Did you know that you can support our mission and receive a charitable deduction by donating your vacant lot or acreage to Guadalupe Valley Habitat for Humanity? Give the gift of real estate and eliminate the headache of mowing and cleaning your vacant lot or acreage and the expense of paying taxes and insurance. Habitat is always looking for land to build more affordable homes in Guadalupe County.

• Clear title is a must
• Ideal sites are flat with access to public streets, water and sewer
• We cannot utilize property that is in the floodplain

Make Donations to our Habitat ReStore

Donate gently used building materials, residential furnishings, décor, appliances, etc. rather than throwing away. It’s a great way to divert usable goods that would have otherwise been destined for the landfill and give those items a second life. Cars for Homes

If you are thinking of donating a used car or other vehicles, Habitat for Humanity’s Cars for Homes™ program is for you. There is no cost to you and you don’t have to live in Guadalupe County to donate a car to benefit our affiliate.

When you donate a car, truck, boat or RV to Cars for Homes™ you are helping Guadalupe Valley Habitat build homes in partnership with families right here in Guadalupe Valley.

Donations are quick and easy, and may be eligible for a tax deduction if you itemize (consult the IRS or your tax advisor for details).

Cars for Homes™ accepts a majority of cars, trucks, boats, RVs and other vehicles with proper title and ownership information, and makes the arrangements to have your vehicle, keys and title picked up for processing.

Net proceeds generated by donated vehicle sales are used by Guadalupe Valley Habitat for Humanity to build homes in partnership with families in our community. With your help, more low income families can have a decent place to call home, and the hope of a better life.
